I had a 2 hour conversation with him earlier tonight and I am very proud of all that he has done for this family, even tho it eventually led up to his current condition, he did not regret anything. All his battles lost and won through life have shaped the man he is today.
And I hope one day to be as good as a person as he is.
Onto another subject, this is the wonderful beach that I will be spending 3/4 weeks taking care of nesting Leatherback turtles!
Me, Jane and Alex will embark onto an island off of Puerto Rico in February to help preserve these wonderful animals. Plus I think a getaway from work, school and civilization will be good for me.
